At SOPHIEGRACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email or directly through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed.
